As suggested - Zillow, Redfin, Trulia, County Websites and good old google searches can be used to get the data.

@Carrie ReymentWe use google voice to get a local number, then we actually answer the calls and put them into a crm to organize.

It was prepared by a person who I googled and found out that the person advertises (via trulia) as an NC agent.

The reason the area peaked my interest is because of Austin Peay University, along with the new and upcoming Google data center.

@Mike Cumbie I have established a routine for myself, every I go on the MLS (realtor.com,trulia, zillow, redfin) pick a few properties for analysis, go to the town assesors site to check on taxes, using google map to look at neighborhood etc. once I find something that meets my criteria I send it to my realtor to make an offer. 

I've googled it and google spits out a bunch of different options of what it could look like. 

I would suggest getting a dedicated number (Google Voice, etc) just for your tenants.

I have a google voice number specifically for them.

@William Brown you can also get a free Google Voice number to put on your signs.

So all of the voicemails are recorded in the salesperson’s own voice and come from their own Google Voice numbers and the text messages are personalized as well.And this is just for one of the five markets he operates in.
