This is causing me issues because I have to take time off work to clean, and new tenants are pushed back on their move in time to the evening. 

I've been on this board since 2010 and haven't found an example yet.

Through this journey, I've realized I needed to think about money differently and actually build wealth.

I have listened to many podcasts, networked quite a bit, and read a ton of articles - but at this point I am just overwhelmed/lost with what is the best route to go down today with the way the market is to cash flow because there are so many creative ideas out there.

Unfortunately, this change didn’t help.

I am assuming this is the same person.I am trying to sell the property as soon as possible, however securing the property seems like a MUST (regardless of whether I finish the renovation or sell as-is).
