If anything, the lessons here is 1) make sure your partnerships meet the desirable credit score, 2) make sure you meet requirements for B2R Financing, but still a great tool to use when refinancing your property.

Another thing it gives you is credibility and a certain level of know how in addition to realtor tools and connections.On the opposite side, one thing that may be to your detriment is that when you sell your properties you HAVE to advertise that you are selling as an Owner/Broker.
