@Matthew FranklinI did a cash out refi on my primary 3 years ago to pull 100k out to play with.

@Ivy BacaCorrect me if I’m wrong but the way I see it is, I’m paying for the front house and the back house is just an added bonus.

We run 10 year projections on deals so you can tell which strategy would be a better play in the long run. 

I feel I have to be overlooking something right in front of me but I’m struggling on deciding if the 20 year is worth it based on the additional  immediate funds I will have access to or if I should play a longer game with the 30 year.
