I should also mention that my biggest concern is water entry into the space since the soil removal to 16 inches below the joists would also place the crawl grade below the grade of the yard by about a foot.

It seems to be best for people like Donald Trump.The biggest advantage seems to be for people who use pass through entities and who are in the highest tax bracket.The lawyers will be working full time to make as much income into passive investment income from pass through entities.I do not think much of the bill will pass as written.

While Airbnb is the biggest, look at home away which owns vrbo and is the second biggest site, and look at TripAdvisor rentals which is gaining a lot of ground on the others.

hi @Alex Russo my biggest bone of contention is that depending on what kind of listing agreement the seller has signed you may be encouraging them to break that contract which could end up causing them to pay a commission when it sells regardless of who procures the buyer.
