Simple, the listing agreement has to be signed by an Authorized representative/trustee of the Title Holder of each property.

So banks are required by regulation or prudence to require documents that are not within the power nor authority of the borrower to access?

If it's a purchase at Lowes or HD they have our payment method on file and my PM can buy it with the proper authorization.
