I attended The University of Texas at Arlington, where I graduated with a BBA in Management in 2018.

In Columbus, the best place for renting by the room is near University Campus, I would assume it's the same in Cleveland. 

Unfortunately, turnkey is a marketing word will little universal meaning and not every property listed on an MLS is going to be in the condition I listed above.

Rents are high, and if you buy in or near the 19th ward (great area IMO) you have University of Rochester students needing housing.  

If the property is in a good location it should sell in 5 mins.A long time ago my uncle was an investor on the Ohio State University campus (Columbus, OH  great cash-flow market).

My wife however is still employed with a local university.
