If this were a school/studio situation, the sketches might make a great starting point for discussion and development.That said, both sets of plans posted thus far seem unresolved and very inefficient -- with some potential code issues.Would love to help -- but I'm about half a country away!

actually that’s a good idea Mike, I started to look at commercial properties first and then with the whole brick and mortar stores going down, retail per se continues to take a hit with Amazon etc;, I guess we have to get Amazon proof tenants.commercial retail, don’t appreciate like MFs do.

I would have never guessed 5 years ago that buying any land in Kenosha County along the freeway would be a good investment, but now we have dozens of companies (Amazon, Uline, etc.) either building or expanding, creating hundreds if not thousands of new jobs and therefore, an increased demand for supporting housing infrastructure.

@Star DawsonI would work on the credit, credit can get improved within 1-2 years of paying on time, and also save some money for a down payment (sometimes u can get a loan for 5% down or even less)You can purchase duplexes for really cheap in some areas, you just need look for them.I totally recommend you on purchasing books about real estate from amazon, theres good material out there.I’ve studied 3 months (everyday reading) from books before making my first deal.Nothing comes easily..And giving up is for losers don’t you ever do that!
