Even if I'm unable to fix it up, if i could get it under contract for the right price I wonder if I'd be able to wholesale it to someone in the BP community.This is in the Louisville, KY Camp Taylor area, btw.

Who are Rehabber looking to get there deals from? And why?

I need to find the best way to determine accurate ARV's for my wholesale properties. 

I and my company are comprised of real estate investors providing wholesale properties to our investors.  

Before I start searching for my first deal I want to make sure my wholesale contract is in line so that I can avoid legal trouble.

Get very specific about the type of investing (wholesale, flips, single family homes, multi-family, land, commercial, etc.) you will and will not invest in.
