I don't really understand why Ecuador's earthquake is worst than Hurricane Sandy that devastate the whole East Coast or the 2015 North American Storm Complex that cause Billions in damages.

My brother, who lives on the West Coast, has become friendly with one of his neighbors and in passing mentioned my business.

I grew up on the Mississippi gulf coast (Long Beach, MS), and recently graduated from Mississippi State in May 2015.

The main lenders are North American Savings Bank and First Western Federal Savings.  

We have children and grandchildren in Portland, OR as well as Florida (South Florida and Gulf Coast) We already have a couple of units in Portland, and many connections for Emerald Coast.  

We both love property and I have been in it for years in Vanuatu and before that in Perth, Western Australia. 

Personally, I think that western Snohomish county is now in the direct cross-hairs for bedroom community spillover from the exploding Seattle market.

If you're looking for a condo, then Oceanside and the complex North Coast Village would be a good place to start.

I have set aside little money to start this adventure.I am thinking more towards single family homes,condos,or even vacation rental property.Vacation rental along the South Carolina coast or the North Carolina mountains.
