The windows I am looking for need to be black as white windows will not go with the exterior of the building.

(I do a little bit of it all: systems administration, Linux, devops, web stuff, networking, some programming, etc.)

The “black” mold which can be very toxic to some people, is mold which grows on certain chemicals which are not typically present in a residential home,  it does not refer to the color of mold.  

There is no black and white reading on the subject of storage, but a strong leaning towards documented 3rd party storage.

I had gone to a couple of local Black Diamond events and need to pick back up on that.

In your defense, I have noticed that if I ask enough CPAs the answer to this, I will get different answers, so I get the impression that the law is complicated and not black-and-white.
