I use Property Radar myself to filter for potential lots myself.If you are just providing the database I'm not sure how valuable that is.

I guess the wholesellers time is more valuable than mine and they can't be bothered to call themselves. 

My understanding is that some of the info is outdated now, but it's very valuable to develop a base knowledge of the topic and then you can build off of that.

I'm guessing that depends on people's specific situations and what makes sense for them, but any general guidance on this??

But only because I find it so valuable and I find many people (even a very experience investor I met last night) who are (self-admitted by this guy) too lazy to go do it.
