Like @Chris Mason says there is so darn much financial intervention that who knows how this all plays out.And Chris, I don't think you're wrong...I believe flooding the market with cheap money/rates may indeed be successful as investors large and small "recalculate" their opportunities, cash flow, etc (this is their goal, right, they want everyone to take the cheap money??).
