@Milton Carrillo changing the building from a two family to a three family would be considered a “change of use” which would trigger new construction standards, which are sprinklers.

The safer route is to continue as you have been doing, however, if you are willing to network with a lot of United States investors, maybe you would be able to find someone that you could partner with on a few deals.I would be cautious if you plan on buying anything in New York going forward, the recent laws that were passed have been extremely tenant friendly, and have made getting rid of non-paying tenants several times harder and longer than the previous process.

I didn't really know much about them until listening to the vets describe the product as well as the returns. 2 weeks after listening to those 3 podcasts I am annalyzing a deal 40 mins from my home in Norman, OK and if everything looks good I'm gonna pull the trigger.

It's extremely common for people to say their credit score is in the tank because of a divorce and that's partially true but nobody goes from 750 to a 550 without some serious problems and I'm not going to accept the divorce excuse.
