I am looking to explore the opportunity in vacation rentals in PCB.

I chose Orlando primarily because of a good friend and an investor who introduced me to a team he has been working with, so I went ahead explored there.

I'll probably be exploring a few more areas for my buy and holds.

It's something your RE attorney will be aware of and be able to explain to you how subject-to deals have changed over the past few recent years... if he can't explain this, drop that attorney.As far as the FHA 203k renovation loan, can ANYONE get the loan, most likely not, but it is worth exploring - it's geared towards an owner-occupied, first time home buyer (FHA program) and the barrier to entry is worth trying to beat because that kind of financing is really a thing of beauty.

I'm sure you're already very happy you found this site and didn't spend that $25k on a course.Keep up your education by exploring the site, reading some books, listening to Podcasts and asking lots of questions.Good luck!

I think I have a couple of options that I can explore at this point:1.  

That being said, I would like to explore other parts of Florida that are within at least a 4-5 hr drive from Miami.

I regularly search a lot of the different auction sites, and I feel that many of them at least in this area tend to be overpriced.

Exploring this site to maybe connect with investors with funds.
