You'll notice some similarities but you'll also notice that some do Section 8 so go to lower end areas, some only want to units in great school districts, others want working class.... the most important thing is to find out why they buy where they buy...  

But have also been looking at possibly buying a home here at school, there are a few i had in mind that seem feasible for me to take on and i would rent out the extra rooms to students/ friends.

The house is a beautiful 3 unit multi-family home, located in a great neighborhood, by a great school and is walking distance to the downtown.

I don't mind being stuck with a nice 3 bed, 2 bath single story tract house in a good school district.
