Realtor from Minneapolis interested in wholesaling & investing

Hello,  I'm excited to get signed up on BiggerPockets, my brother introduced me to the podcast about a year ago and I have been gathering a lot of great info from the show.  I have been selling residential real estate for 13 years.  I sold my way through college and grad school here in the Twin Cities and have been selling full-time since 2010.  I run a team of 4 on the residential side and I am looking to start investing in Real Estate again.  I purchased 2 rental properties and sold them both, but after listening to the show, I realized I need to purchase homes at the right price to make sure they are a smart investment.  

I am looking to get involved in wholesaling, meeting local investors, landlords, remodelers/builders.  I occasionally come across some great deals from past clients and I am planning on getting involved with the local investors to create a win-win by connecting homeowners/investors when these off market deals come together.
