Hello everyone first time posting or even writing, I have a 4 unit storage facility that is 625,000 and I’m looking at a partnership of 70k each.

Ex: I provide a free laundry and bike/stroller storage but they complain about the basement of a 120 year old rubblestone foundation building being dusty! 

I believe the type of storage units you mentioned would work well for contractors, businesses and people using the space for light equipment storage.

I had a house hacking client where we were thinking of allowing storage units on the site.

If I need, I will put the furniture into storage and use it for my next property, which will likely need to allow short term rental. 

There are lots of different asset classes (multifamily, self-storage, retail, office, industrial, mobile home, etc...) and you can figure out what interests you.

You could always use it for storage,etc,etc.IF the house is in Colorado, I would not buy, but this is in San Jose, I would buy regardless it has ten code violation.

While doing the move-out inspection, I noticed that there was a carcass of an animal (possibly a dog) & an animal cage in the storage shed which is in the backyard. 

It spans across 10 acres and boasts roughly 4 acres of mature vineyards, a single-family residence, parking lot, pool, wine tasting room and cellar, multiple smaller structures (barn, storage, garage), and beautiful landscaping.
