After the inspection, the inspector found several items that needed immediate attention like drain pipe in crawl space was disconnected from house, new AC units were needed and a few more items that the seller actually agreed to repairing before closing.

I've done as little as 18" of countertop space not counting the sink space.

As I read through it I noticed that he marked himself as a “Non-Agent to the Buyer.”

Point being is to not be afraid to take on the renovation or even break the space to have multiple units 

I am a national NNN commercial broker & syndicator and love the STNL net lease & MTNL retail shopping center space.   

The crazy low interest rates have not only affected the RE space but also general business.
