Hello, I have a prospective tenant who will be renting the property with their adult autistic son/daughter.

My son just qualified for a conforming 30 year fixed rate at just under 7% for owner occupied, with me as a co-signor. 

I've denied liability to an Insured before when the Grantee was an LLC jointly owned by the Insured and his son. 

Hazard insurance covers some physical disasters but not at 100%AAA insurance forced my son off my auto policy because he turned 24 ( a little off topic); but, no, you have to put all the drivers on the policy.

My son and I are partners and he will inherit the properties if they are still in my name.
