Also, it makes it difficult for a disgruntled tenant to sue you as they will have a hard time finding you, and you can't be served at a P.O. box.I use my P.O. box for everything and I have an unlisted phone number.

(I did some deals through stock brokers, when those guys got a hold of a note in a client's portfolio, they could think of a dozen better investments to meet the needs of thier clients and "better serve thier client".....they also got a little commission to boot!
