I know there are schemes where investing $500K in real estate projects can provide a green card, but they don’t seem to generate $4K a month in income.

The floors are just the subfloor and will definitely require a good scraping to get all the nastiness up but I think they can be salvaged for the most part if I clean them up real well and use Kilz Maybe?

If the tenant only has double the rent in income and then has a car payment, credit cards, etc I would be concerned that if the tenant has any kind of minor crisis the tenant would not be able to afford the rent.

He also said that some organizations are just starting to get UE going, which means many of these hard working families are barely scraping by right now.

Get a credit card and carry a small balance and pay on it regularly.
