There are mills in VA and other places where you can buy bulk and it will be cheaper but it only works if you have like 4 thousand square feet at a time due to high shipping costs.

The last downturn made ghost towns out of many small cities and cause tens of thousands of people to get into a underwater on their mortgages. 4) there are bunch of other metrics you should look at including schools, crime rates and of course rent to price ratios. 5) consider narrowing your focus to areas that are similar to where you live or grew up, or simply put, ask yourself would I want to live here?
