This might be a good candidate for seller financing.Since it is commercial Dodd Frank won't apply.If they are retired they might like the idea of getting a monthly payment for income without having to de repairs and maintenance.A 75k sale price at 6% with 5k down and 10 year amortization will have a payment of %777.14 (felling lucky?)
