Why haven't you put together the money, resources, etc to go get involved?

I have been learning from Ray Alcorn since the day I got interested in real estate.His posts (on a different site), speaking in person and his course (if you could call it that... it is more of a desk guide for commerical real estate investing) are all top notch.Best of luck!

I thought it was a very simple, straightforward, easy read and a great guide to all the basics...Perfect for anyone starting out.When I first decided to start investing I had to put the info together myself from a ton of different sources and it probably took me a good 6 months to do that.

However if you have the available resources, and know how of the JC government there are some nice deals that can be found in these areas.Journal Square...

I'd be curious if you find anything out or find any helpful resources. 8)
