Unless you get the loan under your personal name, there's no history showing that you can qualify for a residential mortgage.

Not sure if that right since my property is not zone in commercial use, but in residential.  

@Ronald Rohde sorry, it’s in Unadilla…small town 25 minutes outside of where my residential rentals are, another small town but has two colleges.
