.- They placed a previous tenet with a 2.5 year track record- They used their experience and provide a very modest move-in special to fill the vacancy- The resulting tenet was bad and was removed and the place is ready to rent againSo they placed a single bad tenet.....so what?

In the other tenanted unit, it appeared that we were very fortunate as they appeared to be a great tenant, easily producing verifiable screening documentation, appeared to be taking very good care of the unit, and a track record of paying rent on-time.
