I would speak to the Sewage Enforcement Officer to determine if the drain field needs to be moved and if there is space for an alternate location and if the new location would pass a perc test.

In one case I assigned a power of attorney and had someone sign for me, in another case I paid the notary fees at the US consulate office (very expensive though @ ~$100 per notary) then FedEx'd the docs for closing.

I dont know if your police but I believe there is a police credit union in golden just down the steet from the prision before the high school, or atleast was there 10 years ago. even if your not PD they may work with you a little better then a regular bank.

My guess is that in any office with 25 agents 4 or 5 may own an investmenthat property all the others are someone you shouldn't liston to.
