Mindy Jensen thank you for your advice and yes with absolutely no credit history(other than a delinquent phone contract that I wish I would have never gotten into) my only option at the beginning of this year was a secured card.

In construction, there is no such thing as good leads, advertising yourself is the best way (or at least that is what they say, you know, contractors that use those ad agencies) to keep the phone ringing.

The Title company never responded to my phones calls, voicemails nor emails...in the end, the only way to get things moving is by contacting the sellers agent. 

I don't think students need anymore cabinet space than what's there now.The vertical structure at the end of the counter was the screen for the frig but I hope to move the wire hanging down (next to yellow shop light cord) over to the wall to the left and install new receptacle for the frig.
