We've used several in the past few years and there seems to be no happy medium between a solo plumber who won't send invoices for two weeks and the giant company with high rates.

This shows up on schedule C.OK - so our next step, to protect ourselves is to send an objection to the title company to "register" our objections in case they are not able to resolve.

The reason in this giant difference is because this lot has one end as a "triangle", it seems that the 3000 SQFT is calculated base on the triangle is a full rectangle.
