The house I am currently wondering about is one I bought about 5 yrs ago for its actual market value (which I know not to do now).

I would be able to generate a cash flow of $500 by this approach and in 5 yrs I would be able to repay $30,000 in principal.

Could be upwards of $300k in 5 yrs.

There are some downsides to this loan,*PMI for life* funding feeBut the upsides as low downpayment are pretty awesome.If you put 10% down on a FHA loan, then the PMI will fall off in 11 yrs (better then life).
