All of the homes beside of this home is valued at $300,000 to $450,000.Here's the deal: Someone got mad and hit most of the walls with a hammer, broke a few windows and messed up the septic drain-field lines, by letting someone back over the yard with a huge truck or maybe tractor, who knows?

If governments cannot be kept secure and banks, medical etc, accept security questions that are often just your address and date of birth, then why should I trust this data with a tiny SME on here selling notes?

As far as representing myself goes; you must be a lucky guy to have never been dragged into court as he would have a field day with motions and every trick in the book to buy him more time, and ultimately staying in the house longer than he would have to if I had a lawyer.I do have multiple other properties that are cash positive, but with a mortage and expenses at $1,000/month plus legal fees starting at $5,000 (lowest estimate after three lawyers) I don't see that much of a choice.
