New Investor wanting to learn and make connections in the Phoenix, AZ area.

Hi everyone,

I figured I would cover more ground by posting this both in the New Member Introductions and Starting Out Forums, so I'm sorry if you're reading this twice.

I'm brand new to this site and to real estate investing but I'm ready to start getting into the business I've always wanted to be in. Currently I am located in Broomfield, Co but I am going to be moving to the Phoenix area soon. I'm hoping I can find an experienced flipper to teach me and possibly go to work for as soon as I get down to Arizona. Since I'm looking for a job in the residential real estate field and will be brand new to the area, I am open to any suggestions that someone might have so I can learn about the Phoenix market and get a little bit of experience before jumping into investing. I want to make as many connections as I can get before relocating and happy to hear any advice about REI and flipping.

I want to thank you in advance for helping me out and look forward to getting to know this community. Please ask me anything you'd like, I'd be more than happy to share.

Respectfully,

Kendra
