Plus someones got to shut that Seattle defense up :)  I'm a 49er fan and am glad to see Seattle loose. 

Being that close to the edge, it is risky business to cut loose tenants that pay, even if they are late or aggravating.

Up till now they've had loose guidelines as to when you could wholesale with or without a license.

By focusing on pinching pennies these investors loose more in profits by not advancing as quickly as they could.  

However, there is also evidence out there that indicates it may be better to not loose the tenant who is currently leasing and allow the 'friend' to live there too and sign the lease.
