there are some articles here from a year ago but since technology moves so fast just want to know which tools are considered today as best to automate the wholesale business, from receiving leads and tracking them to sending direct mail and also tracking them, lead from website, calls etcthanks in advance ! 

I understand its all relative and could depend on the local market, but in general what is the best option in your opinion to either find the best value or most leads?

It would destabilize many of the COA's if foreclosures wiped out all dues, placing those costs on the other owners possibly leading to additional defaults in the association.   

If it is something a little different, our title plant might have access to it or help figure out some leads on tracking it down.  

Usually I explain why we're asking for something ridiculous by leading with "...a historic form of mortgage fraud was..." and tie it into 2005-2007.

Not to sound disrespectful but even a blind squirrel will occasional find a nut.I ought to know because I've been both the squirrel and the nut.There is no perfect system, campaign or single message that leads to profits. 

I personally have been receiving numerous leads through Absentee but haven't been able to convert them into deals.

I should have 40k equity in the house once it's refinanced and I've already got my eye on 1 or 2 potential leads for my next one.  

You'll get more bang for your buck if you have a list of targeted leads as opposed to EDDM.

At first I thought about list of tax default notice, but turned out that my market area (Denver CO) does not have tax default list in rebogateway, so I turned to notice of default.Does anyone know if the process of wholesaling notice of default would be the same as any other type of lead?
