You can correct mistakes, but can't change it to make it look like you paid more, if that is what you are asking.Prospects can see this information, but not your investment into the property.

Hello bigger pockets community, I wanted to thank all of you for sharing such a great information about real estate investing. 

The PM company is adamant about them not releasing information until their current tenants submit an application to release information.  

He usually has a very informative presentation from a guest speaker, And if you're looking to make connections there's almost always agents, lawyers, and of course (very) seasoned investors in the group.  

A few days later I hear that the Senior Underwriter has my file and is "asking for more information" 4 letters including 2 more from my local union in Miami later and she denied my loan.
