This was really quite simple, Quicken downloaded everything from my bank accounts and credit cards, and once a month I went through and simply categorized the transactions. 

But, I just downloaded the free version to check it out and I can order upgrades and log into my google account.

@Alyssa McEwan Yeahhh you only get 5 uses unless you upgrade to pro, where is unlimited and you can download the pdf versions.

I’ve passed the agreement to my attorney and she insists on:1- my business partner downloaded a templates and drafted himself (which he did not)2- the “partnership” agreement is incorrect and needs to be completely rewritten as it’s structured as a Limited Partnership AgreementI am at a loss here because the attorney my partner engaged insists that she’s right and my attorney insists that the other attorney is wrong.

Is there one to download on TREC?

Than all you have to do is download everything to a folder for that tenant. 

You can create your own or download free templates from google.

Also, it’s in the same format for every county so it takes the guessing and difficulty out of scrubbing the data once you download it.

@Jerome Lanier The listing for Cook county is online at: https://www.cooktaxsale.com/The list is a huge download and you can have it here or look at their properties online but you will need to pay 250 to register which is non refundable and it is an online auction but you must attend Cook county to participate.
