I have a picture but mobile app won’t let me add it. 

I am an out of state investor interested in buying a fourplex on arcade street close to Waterloo For app $50000.

Our mobile apps are not as good as we'd like them to be.

Buddhify and Headspace are two great apps for meditation if you are just starting out.That being said, there is no replacement for the correct medical/professional care and support.

If you want a good book on building systems (again, people and processes, not apps), check out The E-Myth Revisted--it's mentioned on BiggerPockets many times.

I was working on this post on the mobile app and got timed out, ended up posting an unedited version.

They also now have a driving for dollars app I use which cut my app cost down a ton from deal machine. 

One suggestion and perhaps it's already implemented but I couldn't get it to work is when I click on the Podcast link that I am interested in, it doesn't open the podcast for me in either Podcast or Stitcher app.

In my experience, the least qualified person is in a rush to get the app filled out and the qualified ones move on quickly.
