After all, I"m sure you can copyright the actual material but not the process of finding properties, lol. 

Also, since there is a huge gap in the industry in teaching people how to understand development and the different options we've launched an education arm to help bridge that gap so it's not just the "big guys" with deep pockets that can be a developer.

And I would agree with you about walking in daylight but I don't think I'd walk in the dark to those hospitals unless it has changed a huge amount in the last couple years or you are say across the street from one.

Rinse and repeat, and in five to seven years, you could have a handful of properties.It's not a fast process, so keep your head down and put in the work. 

Since I am in Canada, I had my wife pay from a Canadian bank, which would take 4 business days to process.

@Rodney LoveA couple thoughts from what I've seen at least here in Colorado:The process is longer than you thinkReplacing W2 income with rental cash flow is a longer process than most think.

After you have lived there for 12 months get an approval to build or buy another 2-4 unit home to start the process all over again.There are some tips and tricks to speed up the process to ensure you can buy or build another 2-4 unit. 

But, I saw it as a moot issue since either I'd have a huge pot of cash to cover the bills or I'd be just very positive each month...Good luck.
