Even if you have good folks on the ground to help you out, you are going to be making trips to take care of things that those people are unlikely to do, not the least of which is risk management:  Making sure your property is safe for guests, inside and out.  

Knowing that you are hitting either the FMR rules or affordability rules helps you know which steps to take next.

This means you get exactly the functionality that you need for your real estate business without a bunch of other stuff that just bogs you down and isn't helpful.
