Definitely more convenient when you are doing laundry to not have to shove something over...but then again, if you are the type that piles all of your laundry in the laundry room then it would be visible...but maybe that is just incentive to keep your tenants from making the laundry area a fire hazard.When I was remodeling one of my condos, we had a tub with a really old sliding glass door...you know those standard contractor double door that slides back and forth.

The one I was looking at, the hospital nearby was looking at it for a standalone mental health facility so maybe talk to facility managers at local hospitals and see if they have space needs for anything.Other good ideas I turned up were immediate care, dentists, veterinarians and alternative medicine practices.

We always upgrade to the new single handle style in order to ensure nobody gets scolded from the hot water if someone else in the house turns on the water while (you or renter) are in the shower....Using single handle tub / shower controls is a good practice.

I like Board of Health violations too, but that's a separate database in Indianapolis.I think vacant homes may be easier targets than tenanted homes, but I have seen motivation from both types.I think you will also get better results from violations in the last 90 days as opposed to older violations.
