@Nathan Schiess I just started managing some properties for a group and it was really shocking to see all the issues that were being ignored.

I'm also looking for a more focused investor group to join, and would love to talk to you about ICOR.

I was thinking early evening either Friday 2/1 or Saturday 2/2.If a few people here are willing to commit to meet up I'll post the event in the events section and see if we can get a larger group together.

@Andrew G Martinez there's a fairly sizeable group of northern NJ-based investors here on BP, many of whom invest in the surrounding areas (myself included).

We are willing to push our plan in rental property in Ontario.It would be a great opportunity with the from the group refer a real estate agent, mortgage agent, a lawyer and accountant for start a team and to push on my first venture in real estate.As per my research Toronto is the most populated area in Ontario with 2.7 million followed by Ottawa, Mississauga, Brampton.
