We have 300K$ down and were preapproved for 900K loan.We never owned property before so we are seeking expertise advice and answers to these questions1.We were wondering about what people who have gone this route have to say or give advice on that. 2.Is this the right way to go?

Ethics and what may be viewed as illegal goes beyond the knowledge, realm of expertise and professional conduct of a real estate broker, that is for an attorney to ascertain and regulators that may be involved.

I've never invested with him, but he has a great reputation (as does his company) and in all my interactions with him, he's exuded nothing but integrity and expertise.

Unless the other partner is also bringing expertise in selling, marketing, lead generation, closing, etc., my suggestion is go at it by yourself.

I would like some expertise on this current issue I'm facing.I have this house 155,000 purchase price.  

Don't waste your time marketing to professionals until you've hit the "10,000" hour level of expertise in your field. 

Maybe you can fill in the gaps by honing your expertise through research & analysis, maybe by doing some hands-on learning, maybe by building up a network of connections with certain skills, maybe by partnering with people who have what you lack and lack what you have, or maybe it's all of the above.

It's very difficult to expertise in a half dozen or more markets which some turn key companies operate in.

(Not so sure I'm prepared to spend the $$ for all the coaching and mentoring that's available)  I can see the BP forums can provide a host of information and experience and I look forward to learning from all this expertise!!
