Brand new to BP in York PA!!

So excited about finding this site to help with kicking off my REI journey!! I'm passionate about real estate and have been interested in investing for quite a while so it's time to get started. (Not so sure I'm prepared to spend the $$ for all the coaching and mentoring that's available) I can see the BP forums can provide a host of information and experience and I look forward to learning from all this expertise!! Sounds like attending REIA club meetings is a logical first step--in addition to reading all the information I can get my hands on, right?

Good start, attend your local REIA meeting, I know there is on in York, As I recall, and I may be wrong, but I think there is something about local ordinance with landlords in York. The REIA club will help you with the local knowledge that even a Pittsburgher like me cant. Hold off on the coachng program until you can evalute the coach's students and see how they are progressing. I say this as a coach in my local ara
