HUD is very picky about every detail of the paperwork being exactly as they want it, and they also have tight deadlines, which often means collecting buyer paperwork and overnighting packages within hours of getting a bid accepted.Btw, if the paperwork is a PITA when I'm representing myself (where I've used the same documentation over and over and I'm easy to work with :), I can't even imagine how frustrating it would be when dealing with a typical buyer who probably isn't very on-top-of-things.And that's just paperwork part.
