I would like some advice because this is what I want to do is be a full time real estate investor and this would fast forward me while allowing me to have funds to invest in better markets and some short term rentals which is something I really want to get into.

This was determined to be not sufficient to carry out the demands levied against the service so the USMC numbers have been growing over the past few years and thought it appears to change yearly, the actual authorized manning numbers are approved and projected forward several years so any short term war/crisis will have to be handled with current manning and reserves.

The law is fairly straight forward, if you are used to working with genealogy. 

My issue is that while the cash flow is there, the ltv is not, and the unknown repairs that will be required by the city during the sale inspection has made me question moving forward.
