That is luxury high rise condo / rental territory or a Green Hills/ Forest Hills/ Belle Meade / Oak Hill home and usually those are Million + homes with plenty of amenities. 

@Vishnupriya Suresh- thanks for the post  1) renting for this amount in  Everett seems  high ....I think the spread  between comparable  homes  in Everett and Kirkland  would be higher ....2) if this indeed an average thats  supported - the reason kirkland  can  fetch much more is  that  ( general  demographics  indicate  population earns higher income )  and  location is  much better for  commute ......if the  spread is only  $400 a month - I think  many  people  would  consider the  eastside location

Comps in the area are well over 1.5 million and stay booked.
