But the answer was  ATL  LAS  PHX were far better plays at that time because the values in many instances have doubled and tripled. were TExas never dropped but it never has really rose either.

He means that he doesn't think it is a good idea to take a commercial loan that has an adjustable rate with no limit on how high it can adjust.While I agree that it would be scary to sign for a loan with an adjustable rate, sometimes that is the difference between a loan or no loan.For instance, SBA's 7a loan, which has tremendous loan volume, has adjustable rates.

hmm, that makes sense and i could see it working against me. to me, it might seem like a tiny little issue (the garage window is cracked for instance), but they might use it against me and claim that they have requested me to change it for years.
