For argument sake, say that the mortgage interest rate is 10% and the returns of the money not put down are also 10% in the market----Even paying 10% rate is very DIFFERENT with different term because of the time component.12% mortgage rate with 10YFRM is way way betterthan 9% mortgage rate with 30YFRM.Why ?

They are re building a few different components but I am to pay for a sizeable hole put in our wall to access the leak and the materials needed to patch. for clarification, the house had a gas stove which was replaced with an electrical stove.
