If these impacts are short-lived, pricing may not change much, but if many stores never reopen, renters lose their jobs and can’t pay their rent, and companies that occupy office and warehouse properties begin to go bankrupt as revenues fall, we can expect significant re-pricing for the affected real estate.

It wasn't easy at the start but I continued to show up and be there, for instance the oven stopped working in December before Christmas and I got a new one and delivered it to the tenant in 4 days when the big box stores were saying it would be about a month before one could be delivered.

Just not them.My two cents is if you want the property, buy it from the current owner for an amount that pays the note off and satisfies any needs that need to be met by you and the owner (Offer and consideration...typical elements of a contract and sale).
